The easiest is probably to use a name converter like Nolan Lawson. Just enter your name there and then copy it to the website.
It gets a bit more tricky if you are also required to enter your name in Hiragana (the other Japanese alphabet). I would recommend to use RomanjiDesu. Many names cannot be translated easily into Hiragana. Therefore I would first translate it to Katakana and then use the phonetic spelling to go from there to Hiragana.
